Photog outing

HELLO WORLD!

yesterday the photog had their photog outing! :D YAYNESS

i am seriously stuffed after the steamboat!

yeap so updates for those who couldn't make it! PHOTO BADGE is done!

pretty and cute! so to those who didn't come, do meet up with XIAOQI soon to collect it. It is a present from the jrs to the seniors! :D put is on your bag and proclaim the goodness of PHOTOG!

so we went teohenging haha. the 6 of us cramp inside one small room! o.o but very fun and funny. lol yidan cant sing female! XP. nice duets thou with yidan as male! XPPP

so after teohenging. and waiting for ziying to appear, we head to the movies!

NAH. like real. we scrapped the movie. and went FOR DINNER!

at the ungodly hour of 4;30pm! o.o

haha we went to eat steamboat buffet! quite nice seh! lots of talking; haha. and kupping food from each other. Poor xiaoqi had no meat! quite funny. really ^^

but super full after that. (not really!) got hungry in 15 mins of walking and 2 trips to the toilet

Hello dhshooters and our IG members!

Photog is going out for an outing! <3 YEP!

TEOHENG on 30th MAY (monday) @ Katong shopping mall (Time 2pm. Meet at the mall)
Let's have fun and blast the day off! ^^

Afterwards we'll be going out to have dinner @ some restuarant? :D dunno which. Anyone got reccomendations? :) Chinese mail? Jian su ren jia? Cheap and good
Or shall we go buffet? *D (drools~~~~~)

Also Photog CIP is confirmed on the 7th june (tues) Time 12 pm @ 165 sims ave.
We are going to teach the 8-12 year old kids how to use the dslr and take some pictures. 1 kid to 1 facilitator to take care of cam and guide phototaking step by step :)

scheme of work for term 2 2010

wk 3 ( this week): final week to finish your pinhole + grab ur film!! PAY FOR UR SHIRT AND FILM TYVM.
wk 4: no CCA. will however be collecting film for mass developing, will issue sms to pass down abt details on how to submit. due date is wed
wk 5: no CCA again!!! however i will be returning u guys ur developed films + ur scanned CDs :D. in the remaining time start thinking abt how you would like to edit/choose the photo for exhibition
wk 6: finally we have CCA! we will have it at a com lab. we will share photos + edit photos + discuss abt how we should display the photo! pass final photos for exhibition to us for printing! final week for comm to submit application for positions. so far i have 2 requests for vicechair and 1 for secretary. we need treasurer n chair! :)

wk 7: exhibition set up week + official passing down!! :D

SYPA competition

dear dhshooters,

for those of you participating in the sypa competition, please submit your soft-copies to me by 1st april (prefably burn in a cd). if you want me to review them and give some comments, sms me (earlier, obviously). some of you have done so. i need the time to sent them printed and then sent to the organisers.

CO concert on 2 april 2010

dear dhshooters,

there's a photog assignment on the 2nd april for CO concert. i am pasting the information below.

the Chinese Orchestra Annual Concert is on 2nd April 2010 Friday and we seek assistance from the photography club.

Venue: Victoria Concert Hall

Students needed: 2-3

Additional information:

- Rehearsal of concert will stay at 12 pm. Actual concert is at 7.30pm.

- CIP hours will be awarded (thus I would need the details of the students helping out, i.e. IC number, Full Name, Class, Index No)

- Students to report to me when they arrive on that day itself. My handphone number is 98228349 so they can give me a call when they arrive.

We would need at least one of the photographers' to stay till the end of the concert so as to help us take an orchestral photograph with the Principal, which should be around 9.45 or 9.50pm. For the student(s) who will be staying late, we will cater dinner for them, just let me know the quantity.

In addition, Chinese Orchestra will also be having a concert on 9th May 2010 which we would like to enlist the help of the photography club as well.

Venue: Singapore Conference Hall

RAILWAY PPL:

Hi everyone!

The Clementi Railway shoot details are as follows...

Date: Saturday, 6 March
Time: Meet at 4pm - 7? (flexible time)
Where: Meet at Clementi Stn, control stn

We'll be taking a bus to the bridge place.

Then we have to walk in, which I think won't take very long.
Hopefully we can reach there by 4.30/4.45pm

Don't think we'll get lost cos we have scout Guan Shen going haha.
